Hi – I’d be interested in seeing a breakdown of some different building companies payment schedules (% at each stage) for comparison, plus knowing if ‘substantial completion’ (defined by our prospective builder as materials on site and 75% installed) is a standard trigger for a payment to be invoiced. Thanks
