Hi everyone. I am not sure it is right platform to ask question about building up home in dunedin otago. We have approached G.J. garden. If some one can suggest us like what we need to look mainly when get estmated cost from company. This will be our first home so wanted to know what basics we should look for before the construction like drainage connection & all. . can anyone guide me for this ?
