hi there, currently building with Ideal Homes in Auckland.Has anyone built with this company? And have you had communication issues with them? Also, if you get a quote for x amount and it ends up more, should they notify you? I got a quote for an amount which was more than the site builder or forman said it would be? New to building and this is only a minor dwelling. But finding communication hard and strained at times, and prices have not been accurate. Thanks
