Hi all, I am looking at removing my current house (Cockle Bay) to design and build a new double story house. Our section is narrow and on a small slope so it restricts what plans we can use. Does anyone have any recent good or bad experience with Jalcon Homes or GJ Gardner in East Auckland? Or can anyone kindly recommend an established company they have used? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks Richard
