Hi Could someone direct to builders in Palmerston North, preferably who do a turnkey build we are wanting a small townhouse and with the current market builders just say well my previous build sold for this x amount instead of taking into consideration I don’t want a house to be built to meet the market it’s a home that we want Thankyou ,

Currently building with GJ and so far so good, great communication, and very evident they have been in this industry for quite sometime as they have the business infrastructure to deliver. Not to mention their buying power as a franchise you end up paying a more reasonable price compared to others, and and they are able to do so in a much more timely manner than others.
