Anyone heard of or had any experience with Christchurch Builders? I’m looking at a couple of properties built by them out in Rolleston but I don’t know much about them and just wondered what kind of reputation they had. Thanks.

Avoid Platinum Homes if at all possible, just do a search.

Totally agree. Bloody horrible to deal with, mongrels with attitude. Check walls for being square, make sure plumbing intact, make sure the warranty you get is checked by a lawyer. All from my personal experience.
