Hi Guys, We are looking to build in Levin on a lifestyle block thinking of using http://www.latitudehomes.co.nz/ they have been the best priced but still looking @ A1 allso has anyone used Lattiude Homes to build ? Also which is the easiest Bank to deal with ? we have been told BNZ is good any advise much appreciated:) Chris

Hi Chris, Thermawise Homes is based in Levin and would be happy to discuss your build with you. We build use SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) construction which normally works out very affordable compared with traditional framed builds, due mainly to the faster build time (less labour cost).
